Are you looking to offer the members of your OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION an online source to display and UPDATE their scheduling availability? Would you like to offer schools and athletic directors the resources they need to easily SCHEDULE your members for their sporting events? Design Advertising custom PROGRAMMED a site for Yellow Thunder Officials Association with many of the FEATURES you may need for your organization. We can create a similar website for you — just tell us your needs and we will custom program a site that works for your members and the ATHLETIC DIRECTORS who need your services. We’ll provide you with a CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM — no html knowledge or special software required. Your administrator and members will be able to make edits from any computer via the internet. We make it SIMPLE, giving you the POWER to manage and update your data whenever and wherever necessary.
YTOA.org is managed by an administrator (YTOA’s secretary/treasurer). He enters each member’s initial information and supplies them with a login and password. Members are then able to update their contact information and availability.
Membership: Complete directory of all members with address, email and phone contact information. Members keep their own contact information updated as necessary.
Official Finder: The official finder is subcategorized by sport and level. An athletic director can find available members in two ways:
- Sort by Availability: After a member updates his/her availability, indicating he/she is available to officiate on a specific date, a link to his/her contact information is displayed on that date on a monthly calendar. Schools and athletic directors can easily find a complete listing of officials available for their events.
- Sort by Name: A listing of all members who officiate the specific subcategorized sport.
Members Only: A login and password is required. Members update contact information and their availability to officiate.
Meeting Dates: Contains a listing of all meetings which are updated by the administrator.
Clinics: Contains a listing of clinics held by the association. This section is updated by the administrator.
Links: Contains a clickable listing of links relevant to the association.
Apparel: On YTOA.org, their branded apparel is shown with a description, sizing and pricing. Downloadable forms are utilized for the ordering process. This could be converted into a store with online ordering utilizing Paypal or another payment portal.
Contact Us: The YTOA.org website offers the contact information for the secretary/treasurer. Another option would be to utilize a submittable form that would be emailed to the administrator.
